Position Summary:
As a Medical Sales Representative/Case Manager, it will be your responsibility to build and maintain patient relationships throughout the patients care within our office. You will be responsible for acquiring long term, quality patients for the clinic through the implementation of proven lead conversion systems. You will participate in educating the patients while working with the clinicians as they report the findings of an orthopedic exam and diagnostic imaging. It will be your responsibility to deliver a financial breakdown of the overall Care Plan along with helping patients to coordinate their schedules to arrive for the recommended care. As a Case Manager, you will focus on understanding patient needs and wants, helping them overcome obstacles and empathizing with their struggles and challenges while influencing them to do what is in their best interest to improve their quality of life. To be a remarkable Case Manager, you must be able to develop trust and the confidence necessary to help patients navigate their Care Plan. You will need to express a breadth of knowledge and experience in these areas, as well as the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.

Duties:
• Develop emotional connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
• Assist with initial consultation on new patients to determine medical history, motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patient
• Attend Team Meeting to report on motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patient
• Create and deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on Provider’s orders
• Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork
• Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan
• Ensure that all the patient’s needs are met, nothing gets overlooked, and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires
• Execute patient follow up calls
• Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care plan
• Assist in patient coordination and patient care plans
• Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan
• Assist the patients/staff with office flow
• Attend regular staff meetings
• Collaborate with the DC and office staff for comprehensive care
• Ensure efficient written and oral communication (phones, email)
• Maintain an organized office
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of sales or management experience
• Professional and reliable
• Experience working in a private medical practice preferred
• Entrepreneurially orientated, driven to succeed and a commitment to achieve results
• Excellent relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop trust
• Ability to make decisions, offer strong recommendations, and take responsibility for results
• Self-starter who can work independently within existing processes or operate effectively with ambiguity
• Ability to overcome objections with confidence
• Team orientation and strong collaborator
• Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their health goals
• Ability to coordinate and balance needs of the patient and the clinic
• Desire to define and take massive action to accomplish your own personal, professional and financial goals
Schedule:
• Full time
• Monday – Friday (office hours end at 1 on Fridays)
• No weekend hours
Compensation:
• $45,000 + commission. Can make up to $100k.
