Ever dream of practicing in a town surrounded by mountains? Plenty of outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking/backpacking, skiing, snowboarding, boating, horseback riding, and more available all within 30 miles. The Rogue Valley is a growing area in Southern Oregon with Shady Cove located about 20-30 minutes from Medford.

We are a busy growing practice (3-6 new patients per week on average) in Rural town is looking to add an energetic chiropractic associate to accommodate a constant increase in new patients. We also have one chiropractor looking to retire after nearly 30 years in practice with all his patients being directly moved to the new associate. Our ideal associate is someone who has their current DC license, preferably is certified with AVCA (for animal chiropractic, steer and horse specialty is a plus), willing to travel for farm calls, and ready to build their dream practice. One chiropractor currently sees 4-H animals in the summer and has a growing practice of horses in several barns around Southern Oregon and is willing to split some clients with the right associate.

Our current hours are MWF from 8:30-5:30 and TR from 8:30-4:30 with a 1 hour 30 minute lunch. Part days available if you are a good fit. Extra shifts will allow for an increase in income based on your own needs and goals. We currently employ two chiropractors (one full time, one part time looking to hand off his patients to a new chiropractor) as well as two full time massage therapists.

Currently offering two pay scales depending on the associate with one being collections based, the other being salary. Our patient base is currently 30% cash, 30% Medicare, rest is insurance. Animal Chiropractic pay is based on collections and farm calls taken.
