This is a great opportunity for a new graduate or doctor who is looking to make a change and wants to grow personally and professionally.
• Earn the opportunity to become a Clinic Director and run your own TexStar location with the ability to earn equity in the practice.
This is how our current Clinic Directors have been successful; and you can train with them, to learn the following:
• Develop and lead the clinic team to deliver an amazing patient experience, where the team is motivated to grow personally and professionally, cultivate positive patient outcomes, and use proven systems to create a financially successful clinic.
• Master our 6-12 month comprehensive training program, including advanced adjusting techniques, how to run a front desk for high-level patient coordinating, create a results-driven therapy department, and learn how to run patient & insurance financials where everybody wins.
• Remain committed to self-improvement and engage in continued TexStar-supported, leadership training and development.
• Educate and coach patients to set optimized health goals.
• Develop treatment plans, using the latest technology, to lead patients to reach their goals.
• Empower patients to take responsibility for their health and stay motivated and on track to see truly life changing results.

Salary: $45,000 - $63,000 during training, $72,000 - $100,000+ at clinic director level

Practice Style:
• Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, and Thompson Adjusting.
• Staff driven passive therapies including class 4 laser, spinal decompression, cryotherapy, e-stim, etc.
• Corrective care focused on active rehab and structural/functional improvement.

Schedule:
• Mon - Thur 8-6, Fri. 8-12
