We are looking for a motivated and driven Chiropractor to join our practice in Surprise, AZ. We are looking for a coachable, outgoing, and energetic Chiropractor whose purpose is to change people’s lives and who wants to be part of a growing team- to grow with us as Clinical Director! Ideally, we want a passionate DC who is a great adjuster, has a great work ethic and is goal driven, and shows up every day with a positive attitude and willingness to help others. We offer professional advancement and education as you have extensive training and learn our systems on how to run a very successful clinic. This is an amazing opportunity for new grads or seasoned professional- anyone looking to learn how to run a busy, growing practice!

Duties:
• Patient Evaluation and Management
• Taking and interpreting x-rays
• Writing and delivering Plans of Care
• Performing adjustments of the spine and extremities
• Re-examinations to determine progress of care
• Consulting with internal and external medical providers to maximize patient recovery
• Enter treatment notes into EMR
Requirements:
• Valid Arizona DC License
• Arizona Physiotherapy License (Required)
Schedule:
• Full time (Monday-Friday)
Compensation:
• $70k-$100k per year plus bonus pay
• Top Providers earn well over 100k
