Acupuncturist St. George, UT

We are looking for an outstanding, passionate Acupuncturist to join our team full time or part time in St. George, UT. We have a top-rated integrated medicine clinic and as we continue to grow, we are looking to hire an Acupuncturist who cares about patients and their results, is an excellent clinician, and has a strong desire to help the practice of acupuncture reach its incredible healthcare potential. We are seeking a Licensed Acupuncturist to prescribe programs, mentor patients, work as a collaborative team with our providers and provide excellent care to our patients. Main job duties include providing acupuncture, and functional medicine, reviewing lab work, and working collaboratively with our PT and Nurse practitioner to provide excellent patient care.
Our ideal candidate has experience working in a related medical profession and/or integrative clinical setting, is bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required), has previous experience in prescribing programs of integrative care, and has previous experience with or knowledge of regen medicine.
• Provide high quality acupuncture care
• Assist in the implementation of new products, procedures, and policies with an open and positive mindset
• Prescribe programs, herbal/Chinese supplements, lab work, and continuing treatment to previous, current, and new patients
• Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion, understanding, and flexibility to ensure the best patient outcome
• Provide exceptional, detailed SOAP notation using our Electronic Health Records system. Quality of notation must consistently justify separately identifiable Evaluation & Management “Office Visits” for patient visits that are sufficient and compliant to meet the notation requirements of all major insurance companies and third-party payors
• Provide communication of your visit and collaborate on treatment for exceptional patient care with said provider and administrative team members
• Practice cooperatively with other Eastern and Western Medicine providers that often provide care on the same day
• Generate referrals and relationships with other providers and facilities in and outside of the office
• Strong palpation and acupuncture skills
• Strong ability to adapt to patient’s needs, evidence-based approach
• Current NCCAOM Acupuncture Board Certification
• Active Utah Acupuncturist license
• Eager and willing to continue learning and expanding your knowledge base on Eastern and Western medicine
• Work well with others and prefer a team-oriented environment
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
• Experience working in a related medical profession and/or integrative clinical setting
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is desired, but not required
• Previous experience in prescribing programs of integrative care
• Previous regen medicine knowledge and/or experience
• M-Th 9-5
• Flexible (part time vs full time)
Compensation (range):
• $30-$45 per hour (DOE)
