Practice Manager Portland, OR
We are looking for a motivated Practice manager to join our medical office in a suburb of Portland in Tualatin, located 12 miles south of Portland. Ideally, our incoming Practice Manager is motivated, self-directed and experienced with practice management, has a BS in Business Administration, Healthcare management or medical related degrees. The Practice Manager will have the prime responsibility for the overall management for the financial, front office and back-office operations of the practice, ensuring a compliant, effective and streamlined execution of operational goals.
• Work directly with management within the organization regarding strategic planning, practice analysis, and compliance
• Evaluate referral patterns and develop partnerships with local providers for growth opportunities
• Coordination and implementation of policies, procedures across all aspects of the practice
• Presentation to stakeholders monthly for cost and revenue analysis with critical evaluation of trends with ability to suggest corrective action plans for improvement, to enact effective changes and persistence to keep those changes moving forward
• Oversight of on-site billing department to ensure efficiency of accounts receivable collection, timely claim submission and minimize denials and authorization issues
• Work collaboratively with all the management staff and departments within the practice
• Provide team buildings skills, management advice and conflict resolution skills among all the employees and physicians at the practice
• Maintaining a practice culture of personalized and compassionate care for our patients improve customer and patient satisfaction

• BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or Medical related degrees
• Extensive upper-level management experience/training in the delivery of health care in a 5+ physician group practice, integrated care, or institutional settings
• 5+ years in upper-level Medical Office management with strong accounting/finance skills or similar experience in Hospital setting, nursing facility or health care related business preferred
• Full time
• Monday- Friday (8a- 5p)

Salary (range):
• $80k - $85k per year plus bonus compensation (ranging from $5k-$40k per year)

• Bonus compensation (ranging from 5k-40k per year)
• PTO (3 weeks PTO plus 1 week of national holidays)
