About Long Chiropractic Center
Long Chiropractic Center is an established family-run practice located in Northeast Seattle. We specialize in prenatal/postnatal care. We practice Pettibon Upper Cervical with full spine adjusting. Our practice is wellness-based with a focus on the correction of the spine, pediatrics/pregnancy, and sports injuries. We see both Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Labor and Industry (L&I) injury patients. We work with all patients including infants, children, and animals. We have been established in the neighborhood by the University of Washington and Greenlake for 20 years.
Chiropractic Associate Doctor Opportunity
We are seeking a Washington state-licensed chiropractor who is interested in learning techniques and business operations through mentorship. Our goal is to build a relationship and mentor new doctors on how to successfully build and maintain a high-volume practice, with a focus on correction and wellness.
Mentorship will be provided in the following areas:
Business operations (communication skills for corrective care plans, how to run a successful health class education, establishing patient retention, managing accounts receivables, and collections, low-cost marketing, managing systems for CAs)
Potential to learn skills for pediatrics, pregnancy/breech, extremities, Activator Methods, animal adjusting, and Blye Cranial Technique
Potential to learn Petition Upper Cervical Technique/full spine manual and drop table technique
Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) required
Hold or obtain a Washington Chiropractic License
Ability to perform a basic ortho/neuro/rom examination
Confident with basic adjusting, including manual adjusting
Knowledge of or desire to learn drop table technique and activator method protocol
Desire to learn Pettibon Upper Cervical technique
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
Interest in receiving mentorship
Perform basic ortho/neuro/rom examinations for patients
Take and mark digital x-rays
Write reports for insurance
Assist with business operations (managing accounts receivables and collections, and marketing)
Benefits and Pay:
Full-time role with a $70,000 salary for new doctors
Very generous bonus for self-motivated doctors
Opportunity to earn 40% of your own patient collections
