Busy Chiropractor office looking for an experienced candidate who is stable, organized, professional, friendly, a quick learner, reliable, etc., Previous and recent experience with phone lines, front desk, billing, patient accounts, insurance knowledge, collections, credit card processing, money handling, scheduling, etc., Must have current or recent experience, be a team player, computer literate, type 40 plus wpm, and be able to multitask. Must have good communications skills, a caring attitude, and be comfortable dealing and interacting with people.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Greeting patients, answering phone lines, scheduling appointments, creating and organizing patient files, checking patients in/out, verifying insurance info, entering services into computer system, keeping supplies stocked, cross training and helping out in other areas of the office such as taking x-rays, assisting with helping patients on therapy tables, and other office tasks as assigned.
Being a team player is a must. Basic test (Math, Reading, Typing, Filing, etc.) is required on site prior to interview.

Hours: Mon-Friday (9am to 1pm and 3 to 7 Monday to Friday)
