The ideal candidate will seek employment as an associate with a desire and expectation toward ownership. The applicant should possess, or desire to learn, an ethical entrepreneurial attitude.
We believe this practice operates in the top 10% of practices nationwide.
We are NOT in-network with any insurance company except Medicare, and thus are not subject to “over-the-shoulder” scrutiny that comes with being an in-network provider. Further, because we are not in-network, we do not take a lower than prevailing (most often considerably lower) reimbursement rate.
We do not offer routine discounts and we have standard fees within our county.
We do not believe in long, drawn-out treatment plans, or assembly-line style chiropractic. Our goal is to provide better than expected care delivered in as reasonably quick a manner as possible, with the view that happy patients will refer others, which they do. Furthermore, many new patients are referred to us by people that have never been a patient at our office; such is our community reputation.
Currently there are two providers. Neither provider is leaving. The junior provider fully built a patient base (during Covid) in less than a year and now has a waiting list every single day.
This is a waiting list practice and has been so for over ten years.
It is estimated that this practice turns away 150-200 or more new patients per year, due to our continually operating at full capacity.
This practice has advanced equipment and practitioner skills, which allow us to more effectively treat a broader range of patient conditions and ages. We will teach these skills, and training is strong.
Our practitioners consider themselves as never-ending learners and are never content with where their skills currently reside.
Our care model is influenced by such names as Travell, Graston, McGill, Functional Movement Systems, McKenzie and more.
Our office is a free-standing building on a busy street corner in a desirable part of town. Billing is handled in-house. Staffing is supportive and positive. Procedures and systems are streamlined, efficient, and orderly. Office atmosphere and patient rapport is warm and relaxed, but professional and results-oriented.
This friendly, family-oriented rural community is county seat in the redwood forest on the northern California coast, near mountains, rivers, lagoons, and national parks, offering stunning views, exceptional outdoor experiences, community sports, city events, a zoo, and performing arts. Community college and Polytechnic university nearby.
While the applicant should be a proficient manual adjuster, they should also present with a transparently open and receptive attitude toward learning how to treat patients that would not otherwise respond well to diversified type adjusting. Integrity and moral character required.
