I have been in practice for 15 years and have owned my own practice for 13 years. Covid has had me simplify a lot of what I do in my office, so I now have a lot of extra space in my office. I have a large, beautiful 1600 sq. ft. space in the heart of Dallas (Walnut Hill and 75). My office is on the 1st floor of a 10 story building, just on the left as you walk into the building and parking is great. I have a reception area, 3 private rooms, a large open adjusting area, and a breakroom. The building is on the water and has a beautiful seating area and patio and a private gym with Pelotons and a shower. I'm only in my office M,W,F (all day) and every other Saturday (4 hours).
I would love to share this space with other like-minded practitioners. Chiropractic would be great, but it would also work great for a physical therapist, acupuncturist, massage therapist, midwife, counselor, etc.
The rent listed is just a placeholder since the ad required it, but rent would be based on how much space you would need, how often you would need it, and if you wanted access to my equipment like IST, decompression or MLS laser (you would need to be a doctor to use the last two).
A chiropractor that is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, or UHC or others might immediately benefit as I'm not in-network with those and refer those out often. A Chiropractor in-network with BCBS will additionally benefit as I'll need vacation coverage this summer and plan on leaving the network in October of this year.
You would have an independent business and we would not share software, computers, phones, or credit card processing.
